As a 30-year senior administration professional, I bring a wealth of expertise in education, leadership training, program development, risk  management,  organizational improvement planning, and project management, all linked with a passion for building personnel efficacy and delivering meaningful transformation. 

  What sets me apart is my targeted ‘a la carte’ delivery approach, combined with an unwavering belief that sustainable change happens when all stakeholders are understood, engaged, empowered, and inspired. I  offer a comprehensive range of targeted services to address specific objectives and to create space and time for leaders to achieve their priorities, both published and aspirational. Whether leaders need a single call, an external advisor, strategic plan guidance, leadership mentoring, team development, implementation tactics, or risk and project management, I  work closely with administrators and business leaders to develop tailored solutions that align with their strategic plan priorities. 

  I  have been involved with education for more than 30 years, previously holding senior leadership roles as Head of School, Deputy Head of School, Director of Admission and Director of Advancement at several Canadian boarding and day schools, in addition to being Director of Onondaga Camp, a large outdoor education center and children’s summer camp. 

I hold degrees in Biology, Geography, Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management. I  am a leadership coach, have been a speaker at educational and outdoor/experiential learning conferences across North America, have sat on several boards, and I  am a passionate advocate of continuous professional growth.
