Venture Gained Open Door Advisory is a flexible, on-demand advisory arrangement designed for moments when leaders need experienced support quickly, without the delay of proposals, scopes, or approval cycles.
It’s a simple structure, designed to be genuinely useful.
Like a retainer in concept, it provides your organization immediate access to trusted operational and strategic counsel, but without financial outlay unless support is actually used.
How It Works
· A standing advisory agreement is made, with a theoretical allocation of $3,000 for up to 10 hours of service. Service can be as little as 15 minute increments.
· No upfront payment - Services are invoiced only after work is delivered.
· Hours may be used in any configuration, from short calls to focused project work.
· Unused hours carry forward year to year.
